Homeowners:  For those of you that have your homes up for sale, it is your responsibility to provide your realtor with means of getting into the park.  We do not have anyone in the office on Saturday or Sunday, and have had calls on our emergency number from realtors who want to show these homes.  Please handle this as we want to continue to keep our community safe and secure.  Thank you,

HOA Board

Reminder:  Please do not put leaves in the street unless bagged or on someone ‘s property.  It is not being very considerate of  your neighbor, and it is not Ricky’s responsibility to pick up leaves in the street that are not bagged.

Phone Number:  Homeowners:  If Linda does not have your updated phone number, please call the office and give it to her.  Whenever something goes wrong in the park, you will receive a wizard call.  However, if we don’t have your correct phone number you will not be notified.

Emergency Phone Number:  843-653-0045

If you have an emergency before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. during the week or on weekends, please call the above number.  This number is for emergencies only, not for complaints.

 Complaints and Suggestions

The Board of Directors wants you to know that it is a privilege to serve this community.  However, when issues arise that need to be addressed, please follow the proper procedure instead of approaching us at our residence.  The office has complaint and suggestion forms that may be filled out and signed.  If the office cannot take care of the issue, it will be given to the Board.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING

Maintenance Building Area

The area next to the maintenance building is for yard waste and watercraft/trailer storage.  Our grounds and maintenance employee maintains all yard waste, and the City picks it up. This area is for bagged leaves, grass and tree limbs ONLY! The City will NOT take anything else.

Someone is leaving bags of garbage on the concrete slab that should be placed in the Household Garbage dumpster. Other items found there recently have been old vacuum cleaners, a wood table, old trailer window and other items that should have been taken to the recycling center on route 90 that does not charge for leaving these types of items. This recycling center is only 5 miles away at 764 SC-90, Little River, SC 29566. If this continues we will need to purchase a camera for this area and we will need to add a disposal fee to the lot assessment of anyone leaving items that do not belong here.

COMMON AREA/MARSH AREA

No one is to CUT, REMOVE or use CHEMICALS on any vegetation or trees.

We have local, state and federal regulations to abide by.

Packages

As of May 17, 2021 all packages from UPS and FedEx will be delivered to Homeowners and Renters. USPS will leave a slip in your box that you have a package at the Post Office if they are unable to leave in the Boxes at the mailroom.

Guidelines for Pools

In regards to the pool furniture, we ask that you please be personally responsible using sanitation and safety measures that meet your needs.

We do not provide sanitation products, please feel free to bring your own.

If possible promote social distancing. (6ft)

Please avoid the pool if you are not feeling well.

Help limit pool capacity.

Please keep in mind that ultra violet rays and chlorine helps to kill germs so enjoy and have fun.

Leave the alligator alone!

We have had reports of people throwing rocks and trying to hit it with sticks. These animals are predators and they have no conscience. We do not need to have people aggravating them to the point of aggression.
